problems of current apps.json:

difficult to add new containers, because it gets quite long
brittle, because errors in there break a lot of things
shouldn't be in neurocommand repo
separates category from containers

proposal:

move to a different repository
autogenerate apps.json based on per-container descriptions in neurocontainers
containers should have information about category, deploy paths and so on
