typo in Hadamard Test notebook and deprecated nvidia-mqpu needs updated in documentation #2209

$\langle \psi | O \langle \psi\rangle$ should be $\langle \psi | O \langle \phi\rangle$ in a few places.

Suggestions

I'll make a pr fixing this an any other typos found.

deprecated nvidia-mqpu should be replaced with the updated syntax
