Julia GHP Advanced Options

Are there advanced option Julia inputs for the GHP system, similar to the ReOpt web interface where a user can define the "Ground specific heat" or the "GHX pipe diameter ". I looked at the GHP sample files in test/scenarios/ to see an advanced example but turned up with nothing. And then the GHP.jl in src/core/ghp.jl to see if those specific assignments are defined but just not visible in the help documentation. But I also turned up with no additional advanced option inputs. I may be looking in the wrong area, or is the advanced options not assignable in Julia?
