Make boot_stat concatenate method.

If we want to calculate indicators for regions separately, e.g. to use different reference values, we then want to put it all together again. Concatenate (c) method for boot_stat would rbind both summary and bootstrap values.

Or is it worth developing a feature to use several contrasts/ref vals for a boot_stat object?
