Unknown sample count missing in Table 1 #238

If the project has samples with 'Uknown' case/control status, the count of 'Unknown' should be added to the summary table, e.g. CASE:CONTROL:UNKNOWN

When Case/Control_status =' ' or 'Unknown', these sample counts should be reflected as 'Unknown'. e.g. CASE:CONTROL:UNKNOWN; e.g. MALE:FEMALE:UNKNOWN

Confirm this can be closed, @1teaspoon.
Sounds similar to issue #240, which was resolved.
