Fluid duping bug #14

I playtested with the capacity values for all of the vials, so I had vials that could hold 1, 10, 100, 1000 mB's etc, as part of my plan for fluid mixing recipes.

However, when I tried to fill any vial from any tank, instead of filling the vials with the preconfigured volumes (1 mB), it instead wrote the amount of fluid that was already present in the tank (so if there was 1436 mB of fluid, the 1 mB vial 'took' 1436 mB of fluid from what I could see in its NBT, and at the same time the amount of fluid drained from the tank was 1 mB. So in this example, 1436 mb - 1 mB = 1435 mB of fluid duped.

So when I emptied that 1 mB vial with 1436 mB of fluid in it into a tank, it emptied 1436 mB of fluid into the tank rather than 1 mB.

So yeah, there's something broken here.

So far I've tested the vials on Ender IO and Forestry tanks and machines with fluid tanks in them.

Versions:
Minecraft: 1.12.2
Forge: 14.23.5.2860
Vials: 1.2.1.5
Ender IO: 5.3.70
Forestry: 5.8.2.431
