[Bug]: Existing requests banner for queued transactions from different dApps is not visible

Describe the bug

When users have scrolled down through confirmation screen and there are queued transactions from different dApps, the banner indicating existing requests is not immediately visible due to the interface remembering the scroll position

1. Start transaction from a dApp
2. Scroll down on the first confirmation request, do not confirm
3. Start transactions from another dApp
4. Observe the banner for queued transaction is not visible
