curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404

Note "local-per" in the URL, not "local-persist".

Trying to correct the URL to a basic version of https://github.com/MatchbookLab**/local-persist**/releases/
...results in a 404. There doesn't seem to be a /releases directory available?
