Create Metadata field "person": MPG author autocomplete not available

Actions: collection start page -> items -> edit all -> select metadata -> add new metadata -> select "person" -> select "Use Max Planck Society authors" -> save

Observation: while entering a Family name, the MPG autocomplete is not activated

Expected result: autocomplete is activated and user is able to select MPG author's name
