Current Situation: The search functionalities (simple search and advanced search) are at some points not clearly specified and over the years some weak spots were discovered.

Proposed Situation: Rework the search functionalty and adapt the concepts to the current needs (e.g. reduce functionalites or specify expected results).

issue without existing ticket:
"Search by creation month" -> results not consistent
Actions: -> enter "modified=2019-02" or "created=2019-02" -> "search"
Observation: result list show items which were modified/created later than searched time span. "search by day" and "year" are working ok
