A blacklist with undesired file endings can be configured via Admin->Configuration->Upload.
However, the checks behave strangely. When adding the file-ending "xlm" to the blacklist, an excel file with ending "xls" cannot be uploaded anymore.
However, a blacklist entry with "xlv" does not affect the upload of "xls" files.
