Random Button with a small cooldown toggle

hello. im on forge 1.19.2 I would like a random button with a cooldown toggle to put on the instruments between song so my npcs can play them. This way the instrument can pick from the library of music in the melody list n play it at random (imported midi too). the cooldown is so i can get the timing of how long b4 the next song plays. This will keep things fresh and not having to reset each time a song finishes example: 1-10 secs.
