Hey Don(@LongDirtyAnimAlf),

Today I made sure to pay attention to this and I did see that the only place the bottom log does not auto scroll is when I do the "Update all cross-compilers".

I'm not completely sure, but I have a vague and very faint memory of this working in the past, but I'm not that sure as to put my foot down.
