Fix: KiCad Logos: Master Update to Build

Issue 1: Ignore Courtyards: I have some python experience but I am not totally sure how this bug/issue could be processed in. The main idea is I think if my pull gets pulled in there would need to be some changes here on what is allowed/not allowed for adding courtyards - files to ignore checking on and what is allowed/not allowed for adding models.

I am not sure what the issue here is. The only option i would see is library specific rule sets. For now we have updated the pull request description to clearly state that intentional rule violations should simply be explained by the contributor.
