As for now, the migration handles only one database.

ToDo

Enable to handle 2 or more databases.

If by databases you mean Schemas I would gladly give it a go :)

I thought there are many patterns.
Using MySQL and PostgreSQL at the same time, or 2 or more PostgreSQL schemas
