Description of the issue

When passing an invalid config string the user sees an unhandled System.ArgumentException.

Expected behavior

This exception should be handled more gracefully.

Your environment

Win 11 Build 22631.3672

Steps to reproduce

Run: wcm.exe set appname teststring
