Unable to verify license after installation

I encountered a problem when installing keentools on blender. After installing the core, it showed a check license error, and face tracker showed beta expired. But I am sure that this computer has never used keentools, and another computer in the same network environment can run normally and show the trial time left.

The version I installed is 2024.2.0, my operating system is MacOS with Apple Silicon, and the blender versions I have tried include 4.2.0 and 4.2.1 LTS
