Unique retry topic per event

If an event in topic A failed, we push it to the A.retry.1, in this way all other listeners will read this topic, so we need to change topic name to be unique. other unique thing that we have is consumer group name. so we can set topic name as
A.retry.1.{consumer_group_name}
