Bump DD compat

Bumps DimensionalData compat in Project.toml to 0.27, 0.28. This should be fine but we'll see from CI.

yeah, it should be fine. I'm also adding a lot of mapCube stuff and setting and upper bound on DiskArrays to 0.3, until the readblock gets fixes. Here. #439
