Frontend: Assignment Creation

For the frontend creation, we want to create a pretty and functional page. Aiden Huh has created a great wireframe to be implemented in the frontend

Currently, the frontend looks really bad, and needs to be remade into Aiden's beautiful wireframe. The current wireframe is functional, but not very appealing. Along with reworking the sass, we also need to add some additional features, such as points, allowed submissions, allowed submission type, and class assigned.
