Describe the bug

When adding a new server there is no add button (or rather it is not visible), but at the same time, if you click in the bottom corner, the button appears and the functionality works

Steps to reproduce

  1. Opening Outline
  2. Click on the "+"
  3. Paste the key

What did you expect to happen?

Displaying the button

What actually happened?

The button is not visible

This I believe is known? Has to do with our deprecated web view on MacOS. @sbruens to investigate/dedupe.
