Hi There!
You have designed extra-ordinary project here.
I just want to understand and explore LTE protocol in detail. My ultimate aim is to design system to read SIB1 by myself. From what I have read, MNC and MCC information are also in the SIB1 block but still I didn't find a single example of extracting these values. I have also tried LTE Toolbox from MATLAB but I could not find anything related. Kindly Guide me in right direction.

Hello ,
Is there any update regarding the above question , IS cell ID extracted from MIB or SIB1 ,, and if from SIB1 so how can i extract MNC and MCC and LAC

I would like to see this as well.
It would be in LTE SIB1 to get MCC/MNC/TAC/CID.
