Cannot get /.elixir-ls rebuilt since manually removing it #14

Using Proton. All of the console outputs seems fine. No errors or significant warnings.
It used to work fine until updating to Atom 1.25.1 and now after removing the /.elixir-ls directory I cannot get the package to rebuild it.

Any clues?
