I've found these 2 but they are not for C#

Actually this one is for C# https://github.com/nhi/portable-text-dotnet but it looks dead.

@valgen What do you actually want to achieve from a library like this? If you have some specific use cases I can provide examples on how to use this project - if possible. If this project can't do everything you need but is most of the way there, feel free to submit a PR - or I can help you implement it.
