Hi @Schnax3 This error usually occurs when attempting to use the Add Source button in the RealSense Viewer to access a non-RealSense RGB camera such as a USB webcam or the built-in webcam of a laptop. Not all RGB cameras are compatible with this feature.

It may also occur if users try to access the RGB of their RealSense camera with the Add Source button because their camera has not been listed in the options side-panel of the Viewer when the Viewer was launched.

Are you using the Add Source button, please?

Also, if you are using a RealSense camera then which model are you using, please? For example, the RealSense L515 model will not be detected by the Viewer because it is a retired model and support for it was removed in SDK / Viewer version 2.54.1. onwards. L515 users should therefore use the 2.51.1 version.
