Getting only GPU Compute errors

Hi all,
I get only GPU COMPUTE ERRORS

Machine: ASUS G73JH with ATI Radeon mobility HD5870 at stock, latest drivers, running on Windows 10, on an external hard drive (HDD) on USB2 port, pagefile.sys set to 3000-4000 4Gb ram. All other drivers updated. No overclock

AMD part of config.txt is:

I tried to mine AEON on the addresses and pools given by your config.txt to test it.

I get the same kind of error using other miners (STAK) mining AEON
With XMR-STAK I manage to mine MONERO without errors
Mining AEON with cpu works fine also with different programs including STAK's

What could be the issue?
