Alvex task-form has respondent with a status 500

Alfresco: Community v4.2.0 (r63893-b12) schema 6033, Alvex: Community v2015.08 (dev).

Brief:

• Open completed workflow task from Workflow History.

Expected result: Everything just works
Actual result: Sometimes there is an error, logs and screenshots attached. Error is reproduced regardless of user (task owner or other participant of workflow). From "Tasks" --> "My Tasks" --> "Completed" this task open correctly

Can you approximately say how many workflows and tasks are in this Alfresco instance? 408 error usually means that used API is too slow. We had such an issue with several customers and developed custom API for it.
Let me check that this API is moved from Enterprise edition 2.x to this branch.

If i understand you correctly, there is the number of entities (completed and active) in my Alfresco:

1. workflow = 15
2. number of tasks = 96
3. subprocesses = 75
