https://metrics.dataverse.org/dataverse-metrics/config.json is fetched here https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-installations/blob/b04dc04d24b8d380abb3df2c5ba93a07ff18ddba/update-data.py#L13

Now it's a 404. 😢

It can be found at https://metrics.dataverse.org/global/config.json but I'd like to remove that "global", which is what this PR is about:
