Feature request: Tag clips by topic.

Searching for clips based on a certain topic would be real useful. You could set it so if a clip is from a video that has a topic it inherits the topic automatically.

Currently we're not going to do this because there's not enough hands to manage tagging all the clips we have, nor are clips always about one game or something... we might consider generic tags on videos one day (anything goes, kind of tag), but it's a bit far off.
