Where would one place .js files for inclusion in the 'site/assets/js' folder #5
Comments
I removed the redundant entries and updated the sd.html, header.html and
footer.html so all the css and js files are in pages/assets/css and
pages/assets/js. The files I moved did two things: 1) listing menu items
when in hamburger menu mode for small screens, and 2) created tabs for the
profiles and extensions views - summary, differential and snapshot.
so now all js files should go in pages/assets/js folder
Hope that helps.

There are .js files in the 'IG-Template/pages' folder. Are they used by
the IG-Publisher?
One file: 'jquery.js' is found in both the 'IG-Template/pages/assets/js'
folder and in the 'IG-Template/pages' folder. Is this because this file is
used by the IG-Publisher as well as by the HTML in the'site' output?
One file: 'bootstrap.min.js' is found in both the 'IG-Template/pages'
folder and in the 'IG-Template/pages/dist/js' folder. Is there a reason
that the file is in two folders?
My main question is: If I wish to use a newer 'jquery' file such as
'jquery-3.2.1.min.js', should I place it in the
'IG-Template/pages/assets/js' folder? Would it also need to be in the
'IG-Template/pages' folder?

It would appear that the .js files found in the 'IG-Template/pages/assets/js' folder are brought over into 'site/assets/js' folder (when generating output with the IG-Publisher)..
