Turn off mainnet hosted service (when above is all set)

As part of the grant we have to stop using the hosted service, so figuring out how to switch this off and do it is the last step (besides monitoring api keys). Below is what we heard from the graph team.

Great news! You should just be able to hide it on the hosted service but I can't recall how to do that. I'll ask and get back soon.
