Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently for the Issues in this repository, there are Issue Templates that are provided for the user to input.

There is a Issue Forms template available that is currently in Beta, but can better improve the way users input new resources into the repository.

It also allows to specify if particular values can be set to mandatory for the user to fill in.

Describe the solution you'd like
A GitHub Issue Form template successfully created for this repository using a YAML file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Continuing with the current approach of using Issue Templates.
