In the QA site of an IG (when referencing e.g. the Subscription backport) the following is added:

while the links look correct, they actually points towards https://build.fhir.org/subscriptiontopic.html

I would argue that the link should either point towards https://hl7.org/fhir/r5/subscriptiontopic.html or [latest pulished]/subscriptiontopic.html.
