We use the http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/narrativeLink extension in this profile https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-core/StructureDefinition-ch-core-composition-epr.html and have the problem, that the link originalText extension in the comment of the detailed descriptions (see here) does not resolve, see QA.

The link is relative to our IG instead of pointing to the extensions pack url definition:

StructureDefinition-originalText.html instead of https://hl7.org/fhir/extensions/5.1.0/StructureDefinition-originalText.html

Should this be corrected in the IG Publisher narrative generation or is this an issue with the definition of the relative link in http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/narrativeLink?

@grahamegrieve This extension has 'local' references to both the core spec and to the extensions IG. Should the core spec references not be absolute? And why is the extension link the one that breaks?

Is the one Oliver mentions not good enough?
https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-core/
He added the issue to the ignoreWarnings, but it is still there.
