Stonecutter issue

Describe the bug

Stone placed into the stone cutter does not correctly cut, you can only cut one at a time not an entire stack.

similar to this bug from before > #3854

To Reproduce

1. Join the game
2. Open/interact with a stonecutter
3. attempt to cut a stack of stone into any eligible shape - with shift click it only cuts 1 stone, you have to spam click it to craft the entire stack.

Expected behaviour

Shift +click/long press will cut the entire stack of stone.

Also having the same issue. This is something that was previously fixed but seems to have resurfaced.

In my case, this is the version I'm using
This server is running Geyser version 2.4.2-b666 (git-master-9dad34d) (Java: 1.21, Bedrock: 1.20.80/1.20.81 - 1.21.20/1.21.21)
