Failed to create gamestream shield/sunshine

Hello i get some errors and im not sure what to do i allowed the ports in the firewall i tried geforce shield and sunshine
the errors are.
failed to create gamestream client:
and failed to parse certificate x509: the date tag or value is invalid.
i am using wireless connection for the wii u.
