User Story

In order to follow up on May 2022 user testing, and to assess changes made since then (new home page), Data.gov needs to conduct follow up user testing.

Acceptance Criteria

  • GIVEN changes to Data.gov, including new home page since prior user testing
WHEN user testing slots are available
THEN Data.gov conducts follow up non-moderated testing with public users.

Background

Data.gov conducted unmoderated testing through usertesting.com in May 2022. There have been several changes to the site since then, specifically the new home page.

Sketch

  • Review May 2022 findings
  • Formulate questions and scenarios for follow up testing
  • Conduct user testing
  • Summarize findings
