Search by location or drawing box returns all datasets instead of marching results.
How to reproduce
go to catalog.data.gov and in Filter by location, choose Virginia.
Expected behavior
Returns datasets with geo-spatial info covering virginia.
Actual behavior
Return all datasets.
Sketch
We noticed drawing box on map is not working with latest ckanext-spatial therefore we pinned it to the last good version, GSA/catalog.data.gov@405e56f, all test is passing but did not realize the search result is not correct.
