I discovered this tools thanks to GDG France.

Major features of remo.co :

make a conference like a webinar (speakers sharing video and audio and viewers capable to send Q&A)
make real-time group visio conference thanks to "virtual" table
have virtual booth for sponsors
sharing in "background" a livestream allowing attendees to make a visio with the livestream in background.
