Is teleirc maintained? Should the repository point to matterbridge instead and be archived? #271

I think there hasn't been activity on the issue tracker or outside of IRC in ages and the relaybot for #teleirc has been down for a long time too.

I think matterbridge would currently be the most active replacement which also seems maintained.

Alternatively the other TeleIRC (#ritlug-teleirc) seems to be still alive.
