Please correct Project URL on Puppet Forge #9

The "Project URL" hyperlink on the forge page for this module is pointing to an incorrect location; it is pointing to https://github.com/Fabian1976/puppet-windows_path
but it needs to point to
https://github.com/Fabian1976/puppet-windows-path

(Note the incorrect one has an underscore instead of a dash)
