After using the skip to silence feature of SmartSkip, mpv's window no longer automatically resizes to reflect a change in resolution or aspect ratio of a new video.

mpv version: v0.37.0-342-g4a563a63
platform: Windows 10 22H2
SmartSkip version: 1.2 with default settings

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open a 1080p video.
  2. Use the skip to silence feature.
  3. While mpv is windowed, load a file with a different resolution either by dragging and dropping or through the playlist.

After the new file is loaded, mpv's window remains at 1080p instead of resizing to fit the new resolution.
