Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On the Instructor Razuvious encounter, Mind Exhaustion in applied to Deathknight Understudies after a mind control breaks. This prevents the mob from being mind controlled again for one minute. The issue is this spell does not appear in advanced combat logging. I am still trying to confirm it, but it may not appear via CLEU. I would like to track Mind Exhaustion on the Understudies, and believed it may be appropriate for DBM to track this boss mechanic.

Describe the solution you'd like
I believe this could be tracked by watching for when mind control fades from an understudy. When mind control fades, a one minute timer is started. I believed this may be appropriate for a DBM Nameplate Aura.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered implementing this with my own addon if it seems out of place in DBM. I did see in the ReadMe that the modular nature of DBM would allow me to update this particular plugin. However I am having trouble locating any documentation on implementing such a thing. Is there any documentation I am missing or suggestions on how to approach it?

Additional context
I can provide a raw log of the Razuvious encounter from era realms that does not have Mind Exhaustion present in it.

if it's not in log a raw log would be pretty useless. is there a visible debuff on players frame when affected by it?

There is a visible debuff on the Deathknight Understudy's target frame when targeted by the player.

Mind Exhaustion starts when they are first mind controlled, not when mind control fades
