Consul Prometheus support missing

datadog::consul should be able to have passed to it the setting :

'use_prometheus_endpoint' => true

This is essential for datadog monitoring and is the simplest route that most people will want to use with consul. Trying to implement the change at present appears to be just ignored by the chef recipe necessitating the need for an ugly workaround!
