Custom hour activation for PIM Roles instead/along side of -UseMaximumAllowedTime

Would be nice to have param -Hours so that you can activate multiple roles for a specific time instead of maximum allowed time. Or have both of them in there in case someone needs max time as well. My maximum role time activation differs for some roles so i would love to have it same all the time instead one for 4h one for 8h one for 12h etc etc
