Ventura error

I get "a codesigning error" on Ventura beta 5 (22A5321d). I have not manually trusted the cert. I have tried removing everything from "~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles" I deleted all developer certs and reinstalled the only the one I need. The auto fixer tool is not able to fix the issue. The same cert on Monterey works perfectly fine.
