It seems like some orgs are first changing the examples, and only then trying to upload them. Not having an initial successful path can frustrate further progress in getting a challenge started.

After having received the challenge pack, the orgs should really:

  • Manually upload a single case (or three for the debug phase?)
  • Try and run the test scripts
  • Save eval method, and upload it
  • Save the algorithm, and upload it

That way they have a working understanding of the process and when they break something, they know it used to work.
