If I'm reading it right, https://github.com/DCLP/idp.data/blob/master/DCLP/144/143378.xml is an unpublished pair of Michigan papyri. It's not correct to assign it to p.mich then (which is a publication series, as far as the navigator is concerned), and causes problems for indexing as it appears alongside several volumes. I'd suggest giving it an ID like p.mich.ined or p.mich.unpub instead, or creating a fake p.mich volume for unpublished stuff might work too.

Rightly or wrongly, the "hybrid" IDs are pegged to publications and so must consistently follow the structure of those publications.

I spoke with Hugh yesterday evening, I think that we dealt with the problems and that no action is required immediately. On the basis of

I will have to sort out the mess created. In the meanwhile I think that Hugh has found a way to continue regardless.
