version conflict of pandas in installation in odoo16 #90

Hi:
When I try to install "hrms_dashboard" in odoo16 I get the below error.

Unable to install module "hrms_dashboard" because an external dependency is not met: Python library version conflict: pandas

What is the version of pandas that need to be installed??
my version is : pandas-1.5.1
