Missing Owl Dependencies and lxml error

After installing OpenHRMS, I get a white screen after logging in. The error message in dev tools is: Missing dependencies: (2) ['web.planner.common', 'web.public.widget']

When I check the logs, I also see a lxml error related to hr_leave_request_aliasing. I do not have this error handy as it took hours to figure out what was going on and where the error was coming from. I would have to break things again.
